Northern interior — waterfall, forest & cycle course
A guided trail drops into the jungle and follows the sound of water to a hidden waterfall. Seasonal lunch — streamside or forest soba house. The afternoon cycle course threads through coastal lanes and viewpoints. Camp set up and waiting on arrival.

Sea kayaking & the mountains of Okuma
A two-hour sea kayaking session along the northern coastline. Lunch at one of the most northerly shokudo on the island. Cape Hedo for the cliffs and the meeting of two seas. The evening is the lodge owner's market-fresh feast — course after course, conversation poured along with the drinks.

Izena to mainland — live like a local
Hike to a 360° hilltop. Sugarcane pressed straight from the field. Umi budō tasting at the farm. Soba lunch, ferry home, and an acerola stop in Motobu.

Yanbaru and Izena are two faces of the same place — the jungle interior and the open ocean. This itinerary uses both. Day one earns the camp. Day two trades the trail for a paddle, then a market-fresh feast at a mountain lodge. Day three is on the boat off Izena, sashimi on board between snorkel drops. Day four is sugarcane and umi budō with the locals before the ferry home.

Full refund if you cancel 60+ days out. Deposit non-refundable for 30–59 day cancellations. No refund inside 29 days. Travel insurance recommended.

I arranged the culture and coast tour. I was running a little late but Yumi was super understanding. I learned so much about the food and culture of Okinawa in this tour. The ride was comfy and very enjoyable, listening to Okinawan related music and I even gave a new artist rec to tour guide! The Former IJN hq tour was very informative and solemn place. By the end of the tour I understood why Giza Banta cliff is important to people here. I definitely recommend this tour to people that want to learn more about Okinawa but may not have an itinerary that allows for island hopping/shorter stays. I also did their Izakaya hopping tour during my stay in Okinawa. Again, Yumi did amazing job explaining the drinking culture here and Okinawan specialty foods. If I ever were to visit Okinawa again, now I know where to go and also book longer stays and tours! どうもありがとう!
We did the 3 day 2 night tour and it was outstanding. The itinerary was so well thought out and we were well prepared for our trip. David was ready to answer any questions we had which we really appreciated. The activities were well planned but also we felt we had plenty time to relax and take in the surroundings. This is a trip that you absolutely need to add to your bucket list. We will be back hopefully!!
