A booking is confirmed when we’ve received your deposit (20% of the total tour price) and sent you a confirmation email. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour start date.

Cancellations 60+ days before the tour: full refund of deposit.

Cancellations 30–59 days out: deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 30 days: no refund (vendor costs are committed by this point).

We strongly recommend travel insurance for any booking.

We may need to change itineraries due to weather, safety, vendor availability, or events outside our control. Where possible, we will offer alternative experiences of similar value. If we cancel a tour entirely for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.

You agree to provide accurate booking details, follow guide instructions during activities, and disclose any medical or mobility considerations in advance. Some activities have age, fitness, or swimming-ability requirements — these are noted on each tour page.

We carry liability insurance covering all tours we operate. Our liability is limited to direct damages and excludes consequential loss (e.g. missed connecting flights, hotel costs unrelated to the tour itself). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Naha, Okinawa.
